Instructions

Set the Instant Pot to Manual/Pressure Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes for 2 small chicken breasts or 12 minutes for 4 large chicken breasts. When the cook time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes and then quick release the remaining pressure.
Carefully open the lid and remove the chicken breasts onto a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the chicken. Place the chicken back in the Instant Pot and stir to coat with the juices. Serve the chicken warm with your favorite toppings.
