Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 cup paneer, cubed
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:


1. Turn on the Instant Pot and set it to sauté mode.
2. Add the vegetable oil and cumin seeds to the pot and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
4. Add the onion and sauté until it's lightly browned.
5. Add the tomatoes, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and 1 cup of water. Stir to combine.
6. Cover the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
7. Quick-release the pressure and open the lid.
8. Add the green peas and paneer and stir to combine.
9. Cover the pot again and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
10. Quick-release the pressure and open the lid.
11. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with chapatis or naan.

Notes:


- You can use frozen green peas if you don't have fresh.
- If you don't have paneer, you can use firm tofu instead.
