Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef

- 1 head Savoy Cabbage

Instructions
1. Start by prepping the savoy cabbage. Remove the outer leaves, cut off the stem, and cut the cabbage into four wedges. Carefully remove the core from each wedge and then cut into thin strips.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, white rice, savoy cabbage, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until fully combined.
3. To form the cabbage rolls, take a handful of the beef and rice mixture and place it in the center of a cabbage strip. Roll the cabbage up tightly, tucking the ends in, and set aside. Repeat this process until all of the mixture has been used.
4. Prepare the Instant Pot by adding in 1 cup of water and the tomato sauce. Carefully place the cabbage rolls in the pot and then close the lid.
5. Select the “Manual” setting on the Instant Pot and cook for 15 minutes.
6. When the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
7. Once the pressure has been released, open the lid and carefully remove the cabbage rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
