Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork shoulder (or pork butt)

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken stock or water
Instructions
1. Add pork shoulder to the Instant Pot, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper.
2. Pour in chicken stock or water, and close the lid.
3. Set the Instant Pot to Manual and cook for 90 minutes.
4. When finished, manually release the pressure, and remove the lid.
5. Use two forks to shred the pork.
6. Serve the pulled pork with your favorite accompaniments.
