Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:


1. Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
2. Add the olive oil and chicken broth to the pot. Close the lid and set the valve to the sealing position.
3. Cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes. When the timer goes off, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, quick release the remaining pressure.
5. Add the rice to the pot and stir. Close the lid and set the valve to the sealing position.
6. Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes. When the timer goes off, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes.
7. After 5 minutes, quick release the remaining pressure.
8. Open the lid and stir in the parsley.
9. Serve the chicken and rice with a side of your favorite vegetables.
