Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the Instant Pot. Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken breasts.
- Close the lid and set the pressure valve to “sealing”. Set the Instant Pot to “manual” or “pressure cook” for 15 minutes. When the cooking is finished, quick release the steam.
- Open the lid and shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve the BBQ shredded chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy!
