- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Begin by turning your Insta Pot to the sauté feature and adding the butter. Once melted, add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
2. Add the ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander, and cardamom. Stir and cook for another minute.
3. Add the chicken, tomato puree, and 1/4 cup water and stir to combine.
4. Place the lid on the Insta Pot and seal. Set the Insta Pot to manual, high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. When the timer goes off, quick-release the pressure.
6. Add the heavy cream and fresh cilantro, stirring to combine.
7. Taste and adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper, as needed.
8. Serve over steamed jasmine rice and enjoy.
