Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, black pepper, cumin, coriander, mustard, nutmeg, and cloves.
2. Cut the pork ribs into 2-inch pieces and place in the Instant Pot.

4. Add the apple cider vinegar, beef broth, and honey. Stir to combine.
