Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Place the chicken in the bowl of the Instant Pot and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken and use a spoon to make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the spice mixture.

2. Pour the chicken broth into the Instant Pot and make sure the chicken is submerged. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Select the “Manual/Pressure Cook” setting and set the time to 10 minutes.

3. When the cooking time is finished, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure. Carefully open the lid and remove the chicken from the Instant Pot.

4. Serve the chicken with a side of rice or your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
