Ingredients

Instructions
1. Season the short ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot on the sauté setting. Add the short ribs to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
2. Add the beef broth, tomato paste, brown sugar, and oregano to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine. Place the short ribs back into the pot. Lock the lid in place and set the pressure valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
3. Once the cooking time is finished, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure. Open the lid of the Instant Pot and remove the short ribs to a serving dish. Keep the sauce in the pot.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and cold water until combined. Add the mixture to the Instant Pot and stir until the sauce has thickened. Taste and adjust the seasonings, if necessary.
