Ingredients



- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of tamari
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions



1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic, onion, carrots, and celery and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the ginger, parsley, thyme, oregano, basil, and bay leaves and cook for about 1 minute.
4. Add the vegetable broth, tamari, black pepper, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and sea salt.
