3. Add the black beans, rice, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

4. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to “Sealing”. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

5. When the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.

6. Carefully remove the lid and fluff the rice with a fork.
