Mini Meatballs
These mini meatballs are perfect for an appetizer or a main course. They’re easy to make and can be served with your favorite pasta or sauce.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
3. Form the mixture into small balls (about 1” in diameter).
4. Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot on the Sauté setting.
5. Add the meatballs to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Turn off the Instant Pot and let the meatballs sit for 10 minutes.
7. Serve with your favorite sauce or pasta.

Notes:
