Instructions

3. Place the beef cubes on top of the vegetables and secure the lid on the Instant Pot. Make sure the valve is set to “sealing” and set the Instant Pot to “manual” for 30 minutes.

4. When the cook time is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes before carefully turning the valve to “venting” to release the remaining pressure. Carefully remove the lid and stir in the frozen peas.

5. Serve the beef stew warm with a side of crusty bread or mashed potatoes.
