Instructions
1. Turn the Instant Pot on to sauté mode. Add the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, salt and pepper. Stir the ingredients together.
2. Place the pork chops in the Instant Pot and brown them on both sides. Add the chicken broth to the Instant Pot.
3. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the timer for 5 minutes. Once the timer goes off, release the pressure and open the lid.
