Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and coriander. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.
- Set the Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the olive oil and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the onion is softened. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

- When the cooking time is finished, carefully open the pressure release valve and allow the steam to escape. Carefully remove the lid, then add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Select the sauté setting and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve with cooked white or brown rice, if desired.
