- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Begin by seasoning the chicken thighs with the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt.
2. Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté setting and add the olive oil. Once the oil is heated, add the chicken thighs and cook for 5 minutes, flipping to the other side halfway through.
3. Once the chicken is lightly browned, add the chicken broth and stir to combine.
4. Secure the lid of the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to “sealing”. Select the “manual” setting and adjust the time to 5 minutes.
5. When the time is up, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Carefully remove the chicken thighs and set aside.
6. Turn the Instant Pot back to the sauté setting and add the cream cheese, minced garlic and parsley. Stir to combine and cook for about 3 minutes until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is thick and creamy.
7. Add the chicken back to the Instant Pot and stir to combine with the sauce.
8. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
