Ingredients


- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup salsa

Instructions
