Ingredients

Instructions

Set the Instant Pot to the “saute” setting and add the ground beef. Cook the beef until it is no longer pink, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Once the beef is cooked, add the onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth and uncooked pasta. Stir to combine. Lock the lid in place and set the Instant Pot to the “pressure cook” setting at high pressure for 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes
