Instructions

1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Sprinkle the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.

2. Pour the chicken stock or water into the Instant Pot. Place the lid on the pot and make sure the valve is set to “sealing”.

3. Select the “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” setting and set the timer for 10 minutes.

4. Once the timer goes off, allow the pot to naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes. Then, carefully turn the valve to “venting” to release any remaining pressure.

5. Carefully open the lid and shred the chicken with two forks. Add the lime juice, cilantro, and any other desired seasonings. Stir and let the chicken sit for 5 minutes.

6. Serve the chicken in small corn tortillas and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
